Yes. Booking as a group allows you to share the adventure with friends and can attract a discount depending on the group size. Exclusive group bookings requires three or more riders.
In order to book your place on an expedition, a 50% deposit is required. This is refundable up to 30 days prior to the expedition start date, minus any expenses made on your behalf to secure necessary services. All expeditions will go ahead regardless of inclement weather. Your 50% final payment is non-refundable. We will work with you to provide an alternate expedition should unforeseen circumstances affects your booking.
Yes. While we provide point of incident support to get you to a place of safety in the unlikely event it’s needed, we do not cover medical bills or impact to travel costs, etc.
We strive to ensure our clients are matched to the right package for their experience and ambition. Clicking a ‘buy now’ button without consultation may lead to the purchase of a product that is not optimized to meet your needs. Filling out the brief contact form allows consultation with a member of the team, making sure you gain the experience you’re seeking.
All you need to do is bring your riding gear and get yourself to the nominated airport by the allotted time, and we take care of the rest. Motorcycle, food, accommodation and shuttle services are all included in the expedition price.

Frequently asked questions about what to expect during your motorcycle adventure and how to prepare.
Routes are offered on optimum dates to minimize any inadvertent impact of poor weather. However, Mother Nature can be unpredictable so your expedition leader will be on hand to adjust the route accordingly. Every effort is made to follow the predesigned route, but minor adjustments may be required to ensure safety and keep to the itinerary.
Depending on the package you choose, a specific packing list will be provided. You will need to bring your own protective riding equipment for the chosen activity. Advice on any pre-expedition purchases will be provided during consultation calls.
Each package has been tailored to ensure sufficient time is allowed to complete the expedition comfortably. Expect to cover approximately 150 miles per day although this is only a rough guide; terrain and trail conditions will see this vary appropriately. As with any team event, sticking together and remaining on schedule will be key; your expedition leader will ensure you remain on track for successful route completion.
This cannot be measured in time or miles; you simply need to be confident enough to hit the trails on an Adventure bike loaded with gear. You do not need to be an expert and we will assess your experience during the initial consultation call. Our aim is to make adventure motorcycling enjoyable, safe and accessible to all riders. Your riding ability will improve during the expedition.
